Introduction
TCPA Communication Authorization Last Updated: July 2026 This TCPA Communication Authorization (“Authorization”) explains how Sagecom Inc. (“Sagecom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates with Customers and prospective Customers using telephone calls, text messages, artificial intelligence (“AI”) communications, and related technologies.
1. Consent to Communications
By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s) to Sagecom, creating an account, submitting an online form, requesting information, purchasing Services, or otherwise interacting with Sagecom, you expressly consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to receive communications from Sagecom using: live representatives; AI-powered voice agents; AI-powered virtual receptionists; SMS and MMS text messages; artificial or prerecorded voice messages; automatic telephone dialing systems (“ATDS”), where applicable; automated workflow notifications; and other lawful communications technologies. Communications may be sent to any telephone number that you provide or later designate for your account.
2. Types of Communications
Communications may include: account verification; identity authentication; one-time passwords (OTP); security alerts; service activation; installation scheduling; appointment reminders; billing notices; payment reminders; customer support;
technical support; service maintenance notifications; outage notifications; number porting updates; customer satisfaction surveys; product announcements; promotional offers; marketing communications; renewal reminders; account administration; other communications relating to Sagecom products and services.
3. AI Communications
Certain communications may be generated or delivered using artificial intelligence technologies, including AI voice agents, AI receptionists, AI messaging systems, conversational AI, and workflow automation. Where required by applicable law, Sagecom will provide appropriate disclosures when AI materially participates in a communication.
4. No Purchase Required
Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any Sagecom product or service. You may purchase products or services without agreeing to receive promotional or marketing communications.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon: your account activity; subscribed services; support requests; appointments; account notifications; marketing preferences; and other interactions with Sagecom. Standard message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply.
6. Revoking Consent
You may withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time. For SMS messages, reply: STOP

CANCEL END QUIT to any marketing text message. Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Sagecom from sending transactional or service-related communications necessary to administer your account or provide the Services, including security notifications, billing notices, appointment reminders, authentication codes, emergency service notifications, technical support communications, or other communications permitted by applicable law.
7. Telephone Numbers
You represent and warrant that: you are the subscriber or customary user of each telephone number you provide; you have authority to provide consent for those numbers; you will promptly notify Sagecom if your telephone number changes.
8. Do-Not-Call
Sagecom maintains internal procedures designed to comply with applicable federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements. Where required by applicable law, Sagecom will honour valid opt-out requests and maintain internal suppression records. Nothing in this Authorization waives any rights available to consumers under applicable telecommunications or consumer protection laws.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through communications is processed in accordance with Sagecom’s: Enterprise Privacy & Cookies Policy; Communications & Call Recording Policy; AI Services Terms; and Master Terms of Service.
10. Canadian Customers
Customers located in Canada may also receive electronic communications in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”). Where CASL applies, Sagecom will obtain the required consent or rely upon another lawful basis before sending commercial electronic messages and will provide an effective unsubscribe mechanism in each commercial electronic message.
11. Changes
Sagecom may update this Authorization periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, technology, or business practices. Updated versions become effective upon publication or as otherwise required by applicable law.
